Carrington attended the VCU Brandcenter in Richmond, VA, where he obtained his Master of Science in Advertising-Strategy. While there, he received an AICP Director’s Scholarship. Some of his skills include: Final Cut Pro, Pro-Tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Carrington has gone on to become Broadcast Producer for Prismatic, a pop up agency inside of The Marcus Graham Project in Dallas, TX. He has also served as a Production Fellow (MAIP) at The Barbarian Group in New York, NY. Currently, Carrington is Founder, Chief Visionary & Producer of his own video branding agency, MICAH3, based out of Newport News, Virginia.

Dubbed ‘the gentleman and the bulldog’, he is equally curious minded and gritty. You could even say, he is your favorite producer’s favorite producer. Some fun facts are that Carrington is an AFAA certified personal trainer, licensed educator (Virginia), and Fantasy Football fanatic.
